Group Coaching Program

Learn AI faster together

A 4-week small-group coaching program where you build real AI skills alongside peers with similar skill levels. Structured sessions, hands-on practice, and the accountability that makes learning stick.

4 weeks of live sessions
90 min per session
6-12 people per cohort
$397 CAD per person

You've started learning AI. Now you need structure.

Maybe you've done the webinar and want to keep going. Maybe you've been experimenting on your own but aren't sure you're doing it right. Or maybe you just learn better with other people than alone. The Mastermind Group is built for all three.

Webinar graduates

You have the foundations. Now you need consistent practice, feedback, and someone to answer the questions that come up when you start applying skills to real work.

Self-taught experimenters

You've used ChatGPT or similar tools, but you're not confident in your approach. You want to fill in the gaps, especially around security and structured prompting.

Budget-conscious professionals

You want real coaching with a real coach, but individual sessions aren't in the budget right now. The group format gives you that at a fraction of the cost.

People who learn by doing

You don't want to watch someone else use AI. You want to build things, get feedback, and learn from what other people in similar roles are building too.

Why learning AI alone doesn't work for most people

No feedback loop

You write a prompt, get a result, but have no way to know if there was a better approach. Without feedback, you build habits around whatever worked first, not what works best.

No accountability

You intend to practice, but the week gets busy and AI falls off the list. Without a scheduled session and people expecting you to show up, learning stalls.

Limited perspective

When you learn alone, you only see your own use cases. In a group, you discover applications you never would have thought of by watching how peers in different roles approach the same tools.

Security blind spots

Free tutorials skip security entirely. Without someone reviewing your approach, you might be sharing data that shouldn't be shared and not even know it.

The Mastermind Group solves all four. You get structured sessions with a coach, peer feedback, weekly accountability, and security guidance built into every exercise.

Each week builds on the last. Every session ends with something real.

Sessions are 90 minutes, live, and hands-on. You'll do real work during every session, not just listen.

Week
1
Security Foundations and First Workflow
What's safe to share with AI and what isn't. How to get useful results without exposing sensitive data. Then we put it into practice: everyone builds their first secure workflow before the session ends.
You leave with: a working workflow and a clear understanding of your data safety boundaries.
Week
2
Prompting That Gets Results
The difference between a vague prompt and a useful one. You'll learn a repeatable framework, practice it with real tasks from your job, and review each other's prompts as a group. Seeing how others approach the same problem is where the learning accelerates.
You leave with: a prompting framework you can apply to any task, plus a library of tested prompts from the group.
Week
3
Building and Evaluation
Move from single prompts to multi-step workflows. Learn to evaluate AI output critically: when to trust it, when to push back, and how to refine until the result is genuinely useful. Collaborative building exercise where pairs work on real problems.
You leave with: at least two working multi-step workflows and a framework for evaluating AI output.
Week
4
Integration and What's Next
Bring everything together. Each person presents a workflow or tool they've built during the program. Group feedback, refinement, and a clear plan for continuing to build skills after the program ends. We also cover how to evaluate new AI tools as they emerge.
You leave with: a portfolio of working tools, a plan for continued growth, and a peer network that keeps going.

Between sessions, you'll have access to a private group channel for questions, sharing wins, and keeping momentum. The learning doesn't stop when the session ends.

Why learning in a group works better

Individual coaching is powerful. But there are things a group gives you that 1-on-1 can't.

👥

Peer learning

See how people in different roles apply AI to their work. You'll discover use cases you never would have found on your own.

💬

Live feedback

Get your prompts and workflows reviewed in real time by both the coach and your peers. Multiple perspectives sharpen your skills faster.

📈

Accountability

A scheduled session with people who expect you to show up. Weekly check-ins keep you practicing between sessions, not just intending to.

📚

Shared resources

Every prompt, template, and workflow created by the group gets shared. You leave with a library that's 6-12x larger than what you'd build alone.

🤝

Ongoing network

Your cohort becomes a peer network you can lean on after the program ends. Questions, updates, and shared discoveries keep going.

Common questions

Do I need to have done the webinar first?
No. The Mastermind Group is designed to work for both webinar graduates and people starting fresh. Week 1 covers security foundations from the ground up, so everyone starts on the same page regardless of background.
What if I'm more advanced than the rest of the group?
Cohorts are grouped by skill level where possible. But even in mixed groups, more experienced participants consistently report that they learn from seeing how others approach problems differently. Teaching and giving feedback also deepens your own understanding.
What happens between sessions?
You'll have access to a private group channel where you can ask questions, share what you've built, and stay connected with your cohort. There are also optional practice exercises each week. The commitment between sessions is about 30-60 minutes.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded and shared with the group within 24 hours. That said, the hands-on exercises and peer feedback work best live, so attending all four sessions is strongly recommended.
Can I expense this through my employer?
Yes. You'll receive a receipt and a professional development description suitable for reimbursement claims. Many government and non-profit organizations cover this type of structured skills training.
How is this different from the webinar?
The webinar is a single 90-minute session that covers foundations. The Mastermind Group is four sessions over four weeks with the same small group, which means deeper practice, peer feedback, accountability, and a private community between sessions. You build significantly more and get ongoing support.
What if I want individual coaching after?
Many Mastermind graduates move into individual coaching for deeper, personalized work. Your group experience gives you a strong foundation to make the most of 1-on-1 sessions. Talk to me about the best path after your program.
