Teams that need to adopt AI the right way

This isn't a lunch-and-learn or a one-off webinar. It's a structured program that turns your team into confident, security-conscious AI users — together.

Government teams

You need compliant AI adoption that respects data sovereignty, privacy legislation, and public trust. Security and governance come first in every session.

Non-profit teams

Your team is stretched thin and doing more with less. AI can help — but only if everyone knows how to use it safely and effectively, not just the one person who's been experimenting.

Small business teams

You're ready to modernize workflows but can't afford to get it wrong. Your team needs practical AI skills that produce results, not theoretical knowledge that sits unused.

Education and training teams

You're building internal AI capacity for your organization. This program gives your team the foundation to teach others, with credentials to back it up.

What happens when teams adopt AI without a plan

No guardrails

Someone downloaded ChatGPT and now everyone's experimenting without guardrails. Sensitive data is being pasted into tools nobody's vetted. You don't know the extent of it.

No starting point

Your team knows AI is important but nobody's sure where to start safely. Every conversation ends with "we should look into that" and nothing changes.

No connection to real work

You've seen demos but nothing that connects to your actual daily work. The gap between "this is cool" and "this saves us time" feels impossible to bridge.

No shared framework

Half the team is excited, half is skeptical — and there's no shared framework. Without common language and shared standards, AI adoption fragments and stalls.

This program solves all four problems. Your team gets shared security foundations, hands-on practice with real work, and a common framework that everyone can build on — together.

Four phases. Eight workshops. Real results at every stage.

Each workshop is 2 hours with your full team. The program is hands-on from week one — your team works with their real tasks, real documents, and real constraints.

Weeks
1-2
Security Foundations and Data Governance
What's safe to share with AI and what isn't — specific to your organization, your data, and your compliance requirements. We establish clear policies and shared understanding before anyone builds anything.
Your team leaves with: org-specific AI security policies and a shared understanding of data boundaries.
Weeks
3-4
Core AI Skills and Prompting
The RCAT prompting framework (Role, Context, Action, Tone) applied to your team's actual tasks. Hands-on practice with real work, not hypothetical exercises. Every team member builds working prompts for their specific role.
Your team leaves with: a shared prompting framework and tested prompts tailored to each role.
Weeks
5-6
Applied Building
Workflow mapping for your team's highest-value processes. Each team member identifies and builds AI-powered tools for their specific role — from document analysis to report generation to process automation.
Your team leaves with: working AI workflows built around each member's actual daily tasks.
Weeks
7-8
Integration and Change Management
Embedding AI into daily work so it sticks. We build a sustainability plan, address adoption barriers, and ensure your team has the structure to keep improving after the program ends.
Your team leaves with: a sustainability plan, embedded workflows, and a path to continued growth.

Teams typically see workflow improvements within the first two weeks, before the program is halfway through.

Everything your team needs to adopt AI with confidence

The full program is designed so that every component reinforces the others. Nothing is filler.

What your team walks away with

By the end of 8 weeks, your team doesn't just know about AI. They're using it — confidently, safely, and consistently.

Shared language

Your team develops a common vocabulary and framework for AI. No more fragmented understanding or siloed experiments.

Security confidence

Everyone knows what's safe and what's not. Your organization's risk drops because every team member understands the boundaries.

Working tools

Each team member finishes with AI workflows they're already using daily. Not templates — tools built for their actual role.

One program, whole-team transformation

Structured AI adoption for your entire team — security foundations, hands-on skills, and change management included.

Common questions

How many people can participate?
The program is designed for teams of 3-12 people. This keeps workshops interactive and ensures everyone gets hands-on attention. For larger organizations, we can run multiple cohorts — either in sequence or in parallel — so everyone gets the same quality of training.
What if team members have different skill levels?
The program is designed for mixed levels. We start with security foundations so everyone has the same baseline, then build from there. Team members who are further ahead become peer resources during workshops, and the hands-on exercises are tailored to each person's role — so everyone is challenged at the right level.
Do we need any technical background?
No. The program is built for non-technical teams. You don't need to know how to code, and you won't need to learn. If your team can use email and standard office tools, they can do this. The skills we teach are practical AI fluency, not software engineering.
Can we customize the curriculum?
Yes. Before the program starts, I review your team's workflows, data environment, and goals. The workshops are then tailored to your team's actual work — the examples, exercises, and workflows we build are all specific to what your team does every day.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
You get a 30-day post-program check-in to address any questions or challenges that come up after the workshops end. Your team also keeps all reference materials, prompt templates, and workflows built during the program. If you want ongoing support, follow-up sessions can be arranged separately.
Is this available in person?
The program runs virtually by default, which works well for most teams and allows flexible scheduling. In-person delivery is available for teams in the Calgary area. Contact me to discuss logistics and any additional costs for on-site delivery.
What's the certification?
AILIC stands for AI Learning Institute of Canada. Their certification validates that individuals can use AI tools effectively and responsibly. The team coaching program prepares each team member for the AILIC assessment. The certification itself is separate from the coaching fee, but by the end of the program, every team member will be ready to complete it.
